The therapeutic parenting model will help to establish a secure base from which the children in our care can develop, thus preparing them for independence and access to mainstream activities.

Interested in working for us? We are constantly looking for Residential Support Workers, Senior Support Workers and personnel at Operations and Management Level. Minimum requirement is experience in the Child Care Sector and NVQ Level 3 in Child and Social Care.
